Take some time to frolic through the flowers, even if they’re just painted in an alley
Behind the scenes, this was one of the scarier outings we’ve been on, and our first encounter with the police.
A cop car pulled into the alley, and the officers got out and asked us what we were doing, and we apologized and said we weren’t trying to cause a disturbance, and then the second car pulled in the other side of the alley, blocking us in. Then a third car. Then a fourth car.
We were fully blocked in, and surrounded by officers who then outnumbered us two to one, each asking what we were doing, one asking kind of jokey questions (“why isn’t your hair colored?”) that were still intimidating because there were so many of them surrounding us
Happily, in the end they just said that normally we would have been fine there, but because they had gotten complaints we had to leave the area, and so we did
So, if you’re going to run around naked in public, try to be stealthy about it so you don’t get reported, and if you’re a police officer, there’s no need to send the entire force to tell us to move along, unless I guess the whole force is there in hopes of seeing some naked ladies?

There can sometimes be a disconnect between how we see ourselves reflected in the mirror, how we look to the rest of the world, and how we really are. Whether each version is considered beautiful or ugly, acceptable or unacceptable, decent or obscene, it’s all in the eye of the beholder.
The people who want you to be ashamed of yourself are loud, and it’s easy to trust your own lying eyes, but believe me when I say that you, just as you are, are beautiful, and acceptable, and only obscene if you feel like doing something obscene, not just for existing in the world

It seems that being naked on the internet is like being stuck in a boat during a storm without a paddle, just being blown from site to site depending on when they update their terms of service to ban you, and when not being tossed around, you’re stuck on dry ground
